Popping the Cork for Sparkling Wine

It’s time to take a fresh, new look at sparkling wine—no special occasions necessary. On September 25, 2007, Entourage actress Debi Mazar helped launch the new [yellow tail] Sparkling wines at the One-Stop Laundromat in New York City.

The Laundromat provided an everyday environment, stressing that no moment is too ordinary to enjoy [yellow tail]’s unpretentious, yet delicious, sparkling wine. Everyday tasks like doing laundry or watching a movie with friends are ideal times to enjoy a glass.

The launch event was a true success. Guests enjoyed glasses of [yellow tail] Sparkling wine and classic American comfort foods: mini hamburgers, pigs in a blanket and mini grilled cheese. Passers-by couldn’t help but stop and stare at the unusual scene: chicly clad men and women toasting amid the washing machines.

Debi Mazar’s appearance added an extra special twist to the evening. The actress is best known for her role as a feisty PR agent on the HBO hit series Entourage. She also appeared in Martin Scorsese’s 1990 film Goodfellas and currently has her own online cooking show, UnderTheTuscanGun.com.
